Beads of Courage Bead Bowls

Woodturners

Every child wishes they had a treasure box to keep their beads within. We gratefully thank all woodworkers who donate their one-of-a-kind, handmade boxes to a child in treatment.

At this time, we have been abundantly blessed with an adequate supply of Bead Bowls for our hospital and mail program. We have decided to pause donations to our Bead Bowl program for now. We will post here when we are in need of more!

Guidelines for Woodturned Treasure Boxes:

In order to hold the beads, turned boxes for the Beads of Courage program need to be about 6 inches in diameter (5 inches minimum), and rectangular lidded boxes about 4x6x4 inches. If possible, have Beads of Courage engraved or burned in the lid. Make sure the lids are easily removable. Also, finials should be easy for a small child to grasp and not too elaborate.

We are truly grateful for each donation of beautiful Woodturned Boxes, please complete, print, and mail this Donation Form with your finished box or bowl so that we may send out appropriate gratitude and receipts.

All donations should be mailed to:
